Responsibilities

• Monitor students on residential floors to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
• Foster an environment conducive to character development through encouraging favorable behavior patterns.
• Facilitate prompt and appropriate assistance during emergencies, illnesses, traumatic experiences, and emotional situations; document student activity and incidents.
• Patrol and monitor dormitories to ensure safety and proper behavior of students.
• Aid in recreational activities both on and off campus.
• Assist with dormitory cleanup and maintenance.
• Promote and support positive customer service at the facility.
• Involvement in student employability programs and activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One (1) year's related experience working with youth preferred.
• A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.

Qualifications

Essential functions include:

Pay

$19 per hour.

Schedule

Varies, Full Time, 8-hour shifts available. Part Time positions also available.
