Responsibilities
- Assist the Residential Rehabilitation Manager in administering, directing, and coordinating business activities of the Residential Rehabilitation Program
- Assure compliance with State, CARF and, in California, Cal-OSHA regulations
- Work full-time during weekdays; work is performed inside at the residential site with occasional work at the clinic and/or in the community
- In Bakersfield, the office is located on the second floor of the two-story complex which requires climbing one flight of stairs
- Develop and manage an efficient petty cash system for outings, groceries, etc.
- Coordinate human resources administration for the residential program
- Prepare requests for out of town trips and rent vehicles as needed
- Prepare requested reports
- Supervise receptionist staff
- Cover receptionist desk as needed for breaks, absences, etc.
- Review and then approve or deny computerized PTO requests
Qualifications
Educational Background: High school graduation or G.E.D. required. Must be at least 18 years of age.
Work Experience: Knowledge of accounting and personnel principles required. Experience in which potential administrative and supervisory competence has been demonstrated is preferred. Knowledge of computer and Microsoft Office including Excel required.
Essential Abilities: Requires ability to write, calculate numbers and amounts, read, and understand forms, data, and reports.

Pay
$22.50 - $31.75 an hour.
Schedule
Full-time during weekdays.
