Responsibilities
- Increase sales opportunities through door-to-door campaigns, cold calling, email campaigns, and collaborating with HOA organizations.
- Generate appointments, close sales, and upgrade existing services for residential customers.
- Ensure personalized experiences that integrate technology into customers' lives.
- Achieve customer satisfaction standards (CES surveys).
- Meet or exceed individual sales quota and customer retention goals.
- Adhere to schedule requirements and comply with established policies and procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proven track record for meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
- Previous customer service experience with problem resolution.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and reliable transportation.
- Ability to organize and plan time effectively.
- Self-motivated and strong communication skills (written and oral).
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Knowledge of C Spire and C Spire Fiber products (preferred).
- Previous outside sales experience and/or prospecting experience.
- Technical knowledge of cable, wireless, or other telecommunication products.

Schedule
