Resident Supervisor

Responsible Duties

• Maintain open communications and order
• Provide care and direct supervision to residents
• Safeguard residents in housing areas, at meals, during recreation, and throughout all activities
• Work in various posts such as armory/key control, housing units, kitchen, medical, visitation, etc.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED certification or equivalent
• One year of work experience in child welfare field preferred
• Completion of pre-service correctional officer training and state licensing as applicable
• Ability to complete required training
• Availability to work any hours, any shift
• Valid driver's license required
• Minimum age requirement: 21 years of age
