Responsibilities
- Serve as the highest-level technical escalation resource for SIEM implementations
- Lead architectural design for Falcon LogScale deployments
- Mentor resident engineers and provide technical guidance
- Drive best practices across the resident engineering team
- Collaborate with Product Management to influence product roadmap
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and frameworks
- Act as a trusted advisor for customer outcomes using NGSIEM features
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in log management/SIEM solutions and SOAR
- Strong understanding of enterprise security architectures
- Experience with pre-sales and post-sales processes
- Expert knowledge of SIEM best practices and log analysis
- In-depth knowledge of cloud providers and IT services
- Proficient in scripting and automation with multiple programming languages
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English
