Resident Services Manager

The Resident Services Manager is primarily responsible for providing comprehensive support in all aspects of the property operations, delivering excellent customer service to residents, and maintaining the reputation of the property and Tailwind Group.
The Landing CoMo is a garden-style student housing community in Columbia, Missouri, designed for students attending the University of Missouri. The 172-unit, 656-bed community offers 2 and 4-bedroom units with amenities including a swimming pool, fitness center, and dog park. This role provides opportunities for career development while delivering an unmatched living experience for residents.
Schedule
This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm. Nights or weekends may be required from time to time dependent on business needs.
Pay
The compensation range for this position is $42,000.00 - $46,000.00 plus bonus potential. This range is determined by current market data based on position requirements and complexities. Final offers will consider candidate education, skills, experience, and location.

Responsibilities
- Assist with managing current and future resident relations, including coordinating requests, explaining rent charges, lease expectations, and addressing resident concerns.
- Partner with the Property Manager to engage, contract, supervise, and approve invoices for all goods/services required to maintain the property.
- Maintain complete and accurate community files and records in Entrata.
- Coordinate the collection and documentation of all required fees from current and future residents.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and special events.
- Represent the organization at local housing fairs and other events.
- Provide updates and monitor the community website and social media pages.
- Monitor residential sites, building locations, clubhouse, amenities, and other common areas for superior curb appeal, cleanliness, and organization.
- Assist with annual unit turnover and execute move-in/move-out procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field, and/or one or more years of progressive experience in student housing.
Skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of property management standards, including Fair Housing laws, Tenant/Landlord rights, and general real estate principles.
- Strong administrative, organization, and communication skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism with a positive, innovative approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with Entrata software is preferred.
