About the role

The Resident Services Manager oversees the operational and financial performance of an apartment community. They support the leadership of the leasing and maintenance teams, document data, manage lease activities, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Document data on a daily basis into Entrata software, including new lease, transfer, and renewal of leases.
  • Audit leasing databases and security deposit records to ensure accuracy.
  • Manage general leasing and renewal activities, rent and past due collection efforts, and customer experience.
  • Collaborate on achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to business operations.
  • Maintain compliance with reporting, credit, background checks, evictions, and other community regulations.
  • Ensure overall sales performance over respective properties.
  • Provide clear inspirational leadership aligned with LC Core Values.

Requirements

  • A high school degree or equivalent is required, with a bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing operations and directly supervising staff in a property management, customer service, or retail environment.
  • Essential to quickly learn property management software.
  • Strong leadership aptitude is required.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Outstanding customer service skills are necessary.
  • Strong communication and conflict management resolution skills are necessary.

Qualifications
