Resident Services Counselor - Full-time

Major functions and purpose

Interacts with tenants, conducts annual inspections, makes home visits to counsel tenants on damages, and conducts walk-throughs during move-in to explain lease requirements and program information.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
• Experience working with tenants and managing housing programs
