As a Part-Time Resident Services Coordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of the community—planning events, engaging residents, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships and creating memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Create newsletters and communications.
  • Welcome new residents and enhance their move-in experience.
  • Provide ongoing support to residents.
  • Address and resolve resident concerns.
  • Maintain professional communication with residents and prospects.
  • Promote the property through outreach and social media.
  • Build positive relationships with local businesses and vendors.
  • Afford administrative support.
  • Afford phone calls, work orders, and rent processing.
  • Afford managing mail and package deliveries.
  • Afford coordinating clubhouse rentals and maintaining supplies.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver’s license may be required.
  • Minimum of one year experience in a customer service, sales, hospitality, or retail position.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong typing skills.
  • Superior customer service skills, including the ability to manage difficult customers and/or situations.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and adjust priorities on a daily basis.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Pay

The estimated rate of pay is $18.00 - $21.00 per hour. The pay range displayed for this position is determined by skills and experience required, location and job complexity. Potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, and experience an individual candidate holds. This range reflects base rate only, and does not include allowances, perks, commissions or bonuses applicable to this position (if any).

Schedule

This is a part-time position with an anticipated schedule of 16 hours / week on Saturdays and Mondays.
