Job Summary
The Resident Services Assistant works with and assists older people who are functionally, physically, and/or socially impaired and need 24-hour oversight. This role assists residents with those activities of daily living that they are unable to perform without help, fostering at all times residents' independence and freedom of choice.

Responsibilities
- Assists residents with activities of daily living that they are unable to perform without help.
- Fosters residents' independence and freedom of choice.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of health care experience with elderly preferred.
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or qualified Nursing Assistant Registration or qualified Home Care Aid Certification required.
- CPR/1st Aid, Food Handle Permit, Specialty trainings including Dementia and Mental Health training; Developmental Disability training, and nurse delegation training certificates are required or is willing to follow the WAC AL regulation to obtain these trainings certificates after hiring.
