About the role
- Resolve and handle resident maintenance questions, concerns, and complaints
- Take service requests from residents or staff via phone, in person, and email; enter all requests in a timely fashion
- Consistently check phone messages and email
- Assist Maintenance Supervisor with determining importance of requests for service technicians or vendors
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills
- Must have reliable transportation
Requirements
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods standing and walking
- Physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
- Able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather
