About the role
Join our team at Ramblewood Apartments, a beautiful 1,200+ unit property, as a Resident Service Coordinator. You will resolve and handle resident maintenance questions, concerns, and complaints, take service requests via phone, in person, and email, and assist the Maintenance Supervisor with prioritizing requests for service technicians or vendors.
Responsibilities
- Take service requests from residents or staff via phone, in person, and email
- Enter all requests in a timely fashion and consistently check phone messages and email
- Assist Maintenance Supervisor with determining the importance of service requests for technicians or vendors
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills
- Must have reliable transportation
Requirements
- Prolonged periods standing and walking
- Physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
- Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather
