- Respond to maintenance requests from residents and staff
- Perform routine inspections and repairs as needed
- Handle emergency situations as required

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Massachusetts driver’s license
- Experience in facility maintenance or related field preferred
Qualifications
- Strong physical fitness and manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
Skills
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
