About the role
Resident II RN in the Rehab unit, providing compassionate, evidence-based care to adult patients recovering from injury, surgery, or illness.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and therapies accurately.
- Monitor patient progress closely and adjust care as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to enhance functional outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on care and recovery processes.
- Support safe discharges and transition of care.
