About the role
The Resident Relations Manager / Leasing Manager at Millenia is our on-site leasing and sales leader. You’ll drive occupancy and revenue, coach a high-performing leasing team, and be the face of an exceptional resident experience.
Responsibilities
- Tour, close, and set the standard for what great leasing looks like.
- Drive results — convert qualified prospects into signed leases and hit occupancy and revenue goals.
- Own the pipeline — sharp follow-up, disciplined CRM habits, and a relentless focus on conversion.
- Win on experience — deliver seamless move-ins and renewals that keep residents home.
- Know your market — pricing, competitors, and what makes your community stand out.
Qualifications
- A proven track record of 3-5 years of leasing and sales success — you know how to close.
- Real-world leasing experience and the leadership instincts to raise a team’s game.
- Confidence and presence with prospects, residents, and teammates alike.
- Strong follow-up discipline and comfort in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Working knowledge of Fair Housing and a commitment to fair, consistent treatment of every prospect and resident.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management / CRM systems, Entrata preferred.
- A valid driver’s license and flexibility to work weekends and peak leasing days.
