About the role
This is a full-time floating Resident Manager position to work at various locations in Oahu, HI. Qualified candidates will have 1+ years of affordable housing property management experience and knowledge in HUD, TCAC, DFEH, and ADA guidelines. A valid Driver’s License, clean DMV record, and reliable transportation are required. Yardi experience is a plus. Must have a REL license or be willing to obtain one within 9 months of hire.
Responsibilities
- Collects rent, makes bank deposits, prepares and submits rent roll, verifies income
- Complies with HUD, TCAC, or other regulations
- Maintains waiting list, prepares and processes leases
- Supervises on-site staff
- Processes evictions, conducts annual inspections, and coordinates repairs
- For HUD properties, submits vouchers
Requirements
- 1+ year of property management experience
- Ability to develop and implement budgets and variance reports
- Skills in resident problem solving and staff management
- Valid Driver’s License, clean DMV record, and reliable transportation
- REL license or willingness to obtain one within 9 months of hire

Pay
Salary range: $26.60–$42.75 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $26.60–$34.68 per hour, depending on experience.
EAH Housing conducts criminal background checks, verifies education and employment history, and may require fingerprinting for certain roles. If onsite housing is a requirement, household members over 18 must also undergo a criminal background check and tenant screening. Drug testing is required within 72 hours of a conditional job offer (marijuana/cannabis not tested).
