The role of Resident Manager involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of a residential facility, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining facilities, and addressing resident concerns.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the residential facility
- Manage and train staff members
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Respond to and address resident complaints and issues
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a management role
- Proven ability to handle stressful situations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of local regulations and best practices in residential care
