Essential Job Functions
- Facilitate Resident Services programs and activities as designated by the dept. manager.
- May include teaching classes to residents.
- Will coordinate transportation services to residents and vehicle maintenance schedules.
- Perform administrative tasks.
- Maintain and report end of month volunteer participation and department activities to the Director of Volunteers.
- Maintain and report end of month volunteer participation and department activities to the Director of Volunteers.
- May be required to drive company vehicles.
Additional Responsibilities
- Act as backup for outing chaperone
- Create eye catching, attractive flyers for events as needed
- Auxiliary support for event setup and ensuring audio/video and other media equipment is ready and working prior to resident events
- Schedule meeting rooms for both residents and management

Essential Qualifications
- A minimum of a high school diploma
- Expertise in MS Office products such as Excel, Power Point, Publisher, and Word
- Experience And Basic Knowledge 1-3 months related experience required
- Computer literate a must
