Responsibilities
- Structured caseload support
- Paid supervision
- Opportunities to quickly build clinical hours toward LPC or LCSW licensure
- Full-time status = 105 hours/month (~24–26 hours/week)
- Provides referral and scheduling support
- Offers free LPC and LCSW supervision
- Includes paid internships and supervision opportunities
- Maintains timely documentation and ensures client access to 24/7 crisis support
- Supports youth and families in achieving treatment goals
- Conducts clinical assessments and develops treatment plans
- Engages caregivers, schools, and other treatment professionals
- Participates in regular supervision and case consultation
- Provides individual, family, and community-based therapy
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Eligible for Resident in Counseling or Supervisee in Social Work in Virginia
- Valid driver’s license with minimum 1 year clean driving history
- Availability for afternoon/evening appointments
- Commitment to community-based services
Qualifications
- Experience with youth, families, or community-based services preferred
- Comfort with telehealth or outpatient therapy preferred
- Passionate about community-based mental health care preferred
- Enjoys working with youth and families preferred
- Values collaboration and professional growth preferred
- Motivated to build strong clinical skills and make a lasting impact preferred

Pay
$22 – $27/hour (depending on experience) Additional compensation:- Mileage reimbursement
