Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial and diagnostic assessments in collaboration with a supervising LPC
- Provide outpatient counseling services to children, adolescents, and families with a wide range of diagnoses
- Deliver intensive in-home and community stabilization services, including crisis intervention, skills restoration, treatment planning, and family therapy
- Coordinate care with multiple systems of support and engage with community partners throughout Virginia
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of licensed professionals
Training & Supervision
- Participate in structured new hire and ongoing clinical trainings
- Take part in individual and group supervision that integrates evidence-based therapeutic strategies
- Use video-based supervision to enhance skill development, clinical reflection, and case conceptualization
- Build professional identity within a supportive, mission-driven organization
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Counseling with goal of becoming licensed (LPC-track)
- Valid driver’s license and 1+ years of licensed driving experience
Pay
Pay Range: $35–$40 per hour
