Resident Experience Coordinator

About the role

Help plan and deliver engaging programs that build connection and well-being. A creative, hands-on role with visible impact on resident life.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, setup, and execution of events and programs; support communications and promotions.
• Encourage participation; provide Concierge coverage as needed.
• Coordinate or drive transportation; uphold hospitality standards with partners and vendors.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in senior living or hospitality preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Organized communicator with a customer‑service mindset.
• Comfortable with MS Office and AV equipment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift 25 lbs.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends.

Pay

$20.50 – $21.50 per hour.
