We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Ready to join us? Please submit your application..." etc. Also remove "All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines." Also remove "Salary Transparency Statement" maybe we can keep salary info as Pay section if present. The posting includes salary range: $72,000 to $126,000 per year. Also mentions benefits package. So we can have Pay section with that range, Benefits section with description of benefits package. Also maybe Schedule not mentioned, so omit. We need sections only when posting has real specific content. Let's identify content: - Company Description: includes "Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. No sponsorship is available for this position." Also some marketing fluff. Might be considered "About the role" or "Company Description". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can map: About the role: maybe the introductory paragraph: "Are you a skilled engineer ready to take on the challenge..." etc. Also "Join our Water US, Construction Management Division as our new Resident Engineer..." That's about role. Responsibilities: bullet list of duties from "Your key responsibilities will be:" and following sentences. Requirements: maybe the qualifications section includes degree requirements etc. Could be "Qualifications". We'll treat that as Requirements or Qualifications. The instruction includes both Requirements and Qualifications as possible headings. We need to decide. The posting has a section titled "Qualifications". Also there is "Additional skills, certifications, and qualities that will help you succeed in this role include:" which could be Skills. So we can have: - Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree ... etc. - Skills: Additional skills, certifications, and qualities ... (Advanced degree, EIT, PE, etc.) Also there is "Your new team" description maybe not needed as a heading; could be part of About the role? Might be considered extra but we can include as a paragraph under About the role or maybe omit if not fitting headings. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine "Your new team" into About the role. Benefits: The posting mentions "We offer a comprehensive benefits package that supports well-being, professional development, and work-life balance." Also earlier "What We Can Offer You" bullet list: Investment in your development, Leaders you can count on, Be valued..., Never be short of inspiration..., The long-term thinking of a foundation-owned company. That's basically benefits. So we can create Benefits section with those bullet points. Pay: Salary range $72,000 to $126,000 per year. Also mention bonus, overtime, etc. We'll include that. Schedule: Not mentioned, so omit. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, accessibility contact, etc. Also remove "Ready to join us? Please submit your application..." etc. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract substantive bits: Company Description/About the role: - "Are you a skilled engineer ready to take on the challenge of overseeing construction projects from start to finish?" - "Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where problem-solving and decision-making are key to project success?" - "Are you looking for an opportunity to showcase your expertise in construction management and engineering?" - "If this sounds like you, or you’re curious to learn more, then this role could be the perfect opportunity." - "Join our Water US, Construction Management Division as our new Resident Engineer and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future." - Also earlier: "Company Description Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. No sponsorship is available for this position." That's a requirement about work authorization. Could be part of Requirements. Responsibilities (list): - Utilizing knowledge acquitted in obtaining engineering or construction management degree to analyze the engineering concepts of a project. - Overseeing construction personnel to ensure construction procedures, methods and materials follow those specified in the contract documents. - Directing Construction Superintendents, Project Managers, Foreman, etc. to comply with contract documents throughout the duration of a project. - Utilizing knowledge of technical components of a project to ensure those components meet the engineering requirements of the contract documents. - Performing engineering calculations throughout the duration of the project to determine such requirements as pump performance, mechanics of concrete, pipeline hydraulics, and electrical adequacy. - Preparing cash flow calculations from a critical path schedule and schedule of values in order for the project owner to budget total project cost and to monitor contractors progress and scheduled completion. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in engineering or engineering technology.-or-Associate’s degree or technical school certification in science, math, architecture, computing, technical drafting or other relevant technical curriculum, and 4+ years of qualifying engineering experience working in the engineering/design field. - Ability to make decisions affecting the cost and performance of the work. Additional skills, certifications, and qualities that will help you succeed in this role include: - Advanced degree. - Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate. - Licensed Professional Engineer. - Municipal and State Agency experience. - CCM, USACE CQM, CCCA, NICET certifications Benefits (What We Can Offer You): - Investment in your development - Leaders you can count on, guided by our Leadership Principles - Be valued for the unique person you are - Never be short of inspiration from colleagues, clients, and projects - The long-term thinking of a foundation-owned company Also later: "We offer a comprehensive benefits package that supports well-being, professional development, and work-life balance." Could be added as a bullet. Pay: - Anticipated base salary range for this position is $72,000 to $126,000 per year. - Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and internal equity. - Because we operate across multiple U.S. markets, pay may differ depending on the cost of labor in specific locations. - In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for bonus, overtime or other forms of compensation. We should not include fluff like "Our recruiters are happy to share more about the specific salary range and total rewards package applicable to your location during the hiring process." That's maybe boilerplate but still substantive? It's about process; maybe we can keep as part of Pay section but it's somewhat generic. The instruction says remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. That line is not exactly boilerplate but could be considered generic. I'd keep the salary range and mention of bonus/overtime. We also have "Your new team" description: "You will be part of the Water US, Construction Management Division with a focus on supporting the delivery of Ramboll’s municipal water construction projects. This position can support work in 3 of our major areas: Mid-Atlantic, New York City, and the Northeast. In addition, there are 3 levels of Resident Engineers, based on experience and qualifications." This is substantive; we could include under About the role or a separate section like "Team & Location". But headings limited to given list; we could incorporate into About the role. We also have "Ready to join us? Please submit your application..." which is application instruction, remove. Also "Ramboll in the Americas..." etc is company description fluff; could be part of About the role but maybe too much. However we need to preserve ALL substantive information; that includes company description about Ramboll. It's substantive but maybe considered boilerplate? It's about the company; not strictly required but we could include as part of About the role. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The company description about Ramboll is not those; it's substantive. So we should keep it. Thus About the role could include: - The introductory motivational questions. - Join our Water US... etc. - Company description about Ramboll (founded in Denmark, foundation-owned, thousands of experts, offices, etc.) - Your new team description (Water US, Construction Management Division, focus areas, levels). - What We Can Offer You (benefits) maybe separate Benefits section. We need to avoid duplication: Benefits already listed; we should not repeat same points. Let's structure:
