Responsibilities

  • Create a Great Resident Experience Plan and coordinate engaging resident events, activities, and programs based on the interests and needs of the community.
  • Build strong relationships with residents by listening to their needs, gathering feedback, and finding ways to improve their experience.
  • Help create a welcoming and positive community atmosphere from move-in and beyond.
  • Aid the leasing team in creating an exceptional move-in experience, including welcome gifts, resident introductions, and move-in checklists.
  • Connect Residents With Resources
  • Help residents access valuable community and social services, including financial, educational, medical, and other resources.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact when residents need assistance navigating community resources.
  • Be the Connection Between Residents & Maintenance
  • Act as a key point of contact for residents regarding maintenance needs and service requests.
  • Communicate resident concerns to the service team and ensure residents receive timely updates.
  • Partner with property management and maintenance teams to help ensure resident concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Build Community Engagement
  • Create and manage engaging social media content targeted toward residents.
  • Track resident interactions, event participation, and feedback to help identify opportunities to improve community programs.
  • Collaborate with the property management team to develop new ideas that increase resident engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who is friendly, organized, dependable, and genuinely enjoys working with people. You'll Be Successful In This Role If You Have Excellent customer service and interpersonal skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to build positive relationships with residents, coworkers, vendors, and service providersStrong organizational skills and attention to detailThe ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPointA positive, professional, and solutions-oriented attitude

Qualifications

  • No degree required
  • At least 1 year of experience preferred
  • Experience in property management, hospitality, customer service, social services, resident services, or a related field is a plus
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred

Skills
