Manhattanville University – Residence Life – Reports to Director of Residence Life – Effective 10/01/2026 – Supervises 8‑18 undergraduate Resident Assistants, supports 200‑750 students.

The Resident Coordinator is part of an integrated engagement team that emphasizes communication and collaboration to create a vibrant and engaged student experience. Work Location: In person at the Manhattanville Campus in Purchase, NY. Housing: a 2‑bedroom apartment is provided within a residence hall.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise, develop, and evaluate up to 18 undergraduate Resident Assistants (RAs).
• Facilitate an environment of personal growth, leadership development, and academic success through training sessions, one‑on‑one meetings, staff meetings, and development opportunities.
• Cultivate an engaged residential population within Spellman Hall for First‑Year Valiants; together with the RA team, utilize community development
