Resident Caregiver

About the role

A resident community member in Tomah, WI seeks caregivers, with assistance from Community Horizons, to provide kind and positive support at their home. The member uses a wheelchair and walkers, is working on regaining strength, and would like stand‑by assistance with bathroom tasks and other activities of daily living. Enjoying conversation, getting outside when nice, and providing a helping hand are valued.

Responsibilities

• Bathroom task assistance
• ADL assistance
• Stand by on walks
• Errands
• Meal prep
• Light cleaning & organizing

Requirements

Ideal candidate: positive support, dependable, manages time well, empowers others with personable care. A valid driver’s license is preferred.

Pay

From $17 per hour.

Schedule

3.5 hours per week, can be split.
