Resident Care Director (RN) - Clinical Leadership Role The Resident Care Director (RCD) serves as the clinical leader of the community, responsible for overseeing health, wellness, and care coordination to ensure high-quality, resident-centered services. Key duties include leading and managing the nursing team, conducting resident assessments, developing and overseeing Individualized Service Plans (ISP), and monitoring changes in residents' conditions in collaboration with physicians and clinical partners. The role involves managing medication administration, infection control programs, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. The RCD drives clinical excellence through Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives, while recruiting, training, and performance managing clinical staff. Additional responsibilities include managing staffing, scheduling, departmental budgets, and partnering with sales to assess move-in appropriateness. Qualifications include active RN licensure, clinical leadership experience, and strong team management skills.
