Resident Care Director (LPN)
Responsible Duties
- Recruit, hire, train, supervise, manage, develop schedules and assure adequate resident care department staffing 24/7 according to PSL policies, procedures, and standards
- Establish and maintain a medication system which adheres to state, federal, and company laws, regulations, and guidelines
- this includes maintaining accurate documentation, training resident medication assistants, communicating with physicians, pharmacies and responsible parties
- Work collaboratively with all Peregrine team members, service providers, residents, and their families to ensure the highest quality of care and lifestyle
- coordinate and provide therapeutic interventions from move in, through discharge, via developing and educating all care staff on individualized resident service plans
- Lead the Resident Care Department within budget and according to PSL policies, procedures, and standards, maintaining adequate resident care supplies
- Act as a liaison for all aspects related to resident care within the community as the Director of Resident Care
Requirements
- A registered nurse, licensed practical nurse, or licensed vocational nurse licensed to practice as required by state regulations
- Preferred case management experience
- Experience and knowledge in all aspects of senior living, including assisted living, memory care, and enhanced assisted living
Qualifications
Responsible for leading a Memory Care team effectively. Must have management experience and a background in senior living.

$75,000 - $88,000/year – based on experience
