Resident Care Coordinator (HHA) Sundays and Mondays 11:00p.m. to 7:15a.m.

Fay J. Lindner Residences is an assisted living community located on a 34-acre campus in Long Island, NY. The community is part of the renowned Gurwin Jewish Nursing & Rehabilitation Center and offers 201 apartments, including a 14-unit Memory Care Wing.

Responsibilities

• Work as a Resident Care Coordinator on Sundays and Mondays from 11:00p.m. - 7:15a.m.
• Provide daily support services such as bathing, dressing, and general assistance to residents.
• Train as a Medication Aide during the introductory period and assist as needed.
• Work with the geriatric and dementia population, with one to two years of prior experience preferred.
• Previous experience in assisted living or nursing homes is strongly preferred.

Requirements

• Active Certified Home Health Aide certification.
• Basic First Aid training provided.
