About the role

Responsible for providing high-quality resident care services in a residential setting. Duties include assisting residents with daily activities, administering medications, and maintaining a safe living environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene and grooming tasks
• Monitor residents' health and report any changes to medical staff
• Administer prescribed medications and record dosages
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of living areas
• Ensure safety and security of residents at all times
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance caregiving skills

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Previous experience in a healthcare or related field preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Pass a background check and criminal history review

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR
• Proficient in using common office software
