Resident Care Associate (RCA) - Assisted Living

Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Resident Care Assistant to support the 48 residents in our Assisted Living residence at our Cass Street location in La Crosse, WI. Part-time and casual call opportunities are available, with every other holiday off.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with medication management, personal cares, and daily activities while helping them maintain as much independence and dignity as possible
• Food services: set up dining space, coordinate meal delivery, receive and deliver orders, kitchen cleanup, and food preparation
• Light housekeeping and a variety of other tasks as needed

Requirements

• No experience necessary—training will be provided
• Previous direct care experience is beneficial
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or 4 CBRF Certification courses may qualify you for higher starting pay

Pay

• Starting wage: $18.50 - $21.00+ per hour, based on experience and qualifications
• Wage review at 100 days; higher pay for high performance
• $3.00 per hour NOC shift differential
• Weekend differential, on-call, and pick-up incentives
