Resident Care Assistant - RCA
About the role
Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Resident Care Assistant to support the residents in their 12 memory care apartments in La Crosse, WI. The Memory Care Units are designed to provide care and support to older adults who experience memory impairment.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal cares, daily activities while helping them maintain as much independence and dignity as possible
- Other responsibilities could include medication management, light housekeeping, and a variety of other tasks
- Transport residents to meals and activities, documentation of daily care
- Communicate and interact with residents, their families, and other departments to create an environment that focuses on resident safety and well-being
Requirements
- Previous direct care experience, preferred
- Certified Nursing Assistant training and/or experience (any State), preferred
- CBRF Certification, preferred

Pay
The starting rate is between $19.25 and $22.25 + per hour, based on your experience and qualifications. Increases upon orientation completion.
Schedule
Available Shifts: Days of the week may vary and will include varied weekends and holidays. These positions enjoy every other weekend and every other holiday off!
Example Schedules
- 6:45am-2:15pm; 7:30am-2:30pm
- 2:00pm-9:00pm; 3:45pm-11:15pm
