About the Role
Provide compassionate and high-quality personal care to residents in assisted living settings.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments following protocols
- Monitor, document, and report residents' health status
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
- Follow safety, health, and infection control regulations
- Collaborate with team members to develop individualized care plans
Requirements
- Certified Medical Technician (CMT) or equivalent certification, or extensive healthcare experience
- Experience in assisted living, home health, or related fields
- Compassionate, patient, and attentive demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility for full-time evening and overnight shifts; weekend rotation required
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety standards
