Resident Care Assistant

About the role

We are now hiring a Resident Care Assistant to join our dedicated team. Our mission is to provide compassionate, quality care that focuses on the unique needs of our residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine assistance to residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) in accordance with each resident’s personalized service plan and behavior plan.
• Ensure the needs of the residents are met with the highest degree of dignity, respect, and care, while fostering an environment of compassion and safety.
• Work closely with the care team to support the physical and emotional well-being of the residents.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work with and care for cognitively impaired residents.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, and regulations related to long-term care.

Nice to have

• Experience as a caregiver providing direct care to multiple residents.
• Experience in an assisted living environment and with behavioral support.

Pay

Compensation for roles varies depending on factors such as location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by state or local law, we provide a reasonable pay scale, including the hourly or salary range we reasonably expect to pay for this role.

Schedule

Full Time positions are weekdays with rotating weekends. Part Time positions are available.
