About the role

Spring Mill Pointe offers independent living apartments, personal care residences, and memory support residences on a single campus. The community fosters a familial atmosphere among team members and residents.

Responsibilities

• Develop awareness of residents' interests and needs
• Auxiliary residents in maximizing their independence
• Provide assistance in personal care and protection of residents
• Implement CARF/CCAC standards into daily routines
• Support residents in activities of daily living and scheduled program activities
• Work on a one-on-one basis with residents

Requirements

• No prior experience necessary
• High school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

• Willingness to train the right candidate
• Interest in gaining a Med Tech certificate through campus education
• Opportunity for per diem Med Tech hours

Starting at $17.00 an hour

Schedule

Full-time 3pm-11pm with rotation of every other weekend!
