Resident Care Assistant

About the role
Under general supervision, the Resident Assistant provides assistance in the personal care and protection of residents in the assisted living level of care. The Resident Assistant actively incorporates CARF/CCAC standards into the daily rhythm of residents’ lives, develops awareness of residents’ interests and needs, and assists residents to maximize their independence and participation.
No CNA certificate required; no prior experience is necessary. We welcome applicants at all levels and from various industry backgrounds and are willing to train the right candidate.
Schedule
- Full-Time: 3 pm – 11 pm
- Every other weekend
Pay
- Base pay: $16.50+ per hour
- Additional $1 per hour shift differential on weekends
Requirements
- Prior experience working with seniors
- High school diploma or equivalent
