Resident Care Assistant

Position Summary

You will assist residents with activities of daily living, medication reminders, and social and spiritual pursuits, promoting their dignity, independence, self-determination, privacy, choice, and rights.

Essential Functions, Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) and medication reminders.
• Identify residents’ physical and cognitive changes, making appropriate follow-up decisions, documentation, and communication to appropriate associates.
• Auxiliary residents with leisure time programming, including escorting them to and from activities.
• Auxiliary with dining services and general housekeeping duties as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma/GED
• Licenses/Certifications: N/A
• Experience: 1-2+ years of caregiving experience preferred

Pay

Min USD $18.00/Hr. Max USD $19.00/Hr.
