Resident Care Assistant

Job Summary

We are now hiring a Resident Care Assistant to join our dedicated team. The position offers a salary range of $17-18.55 per hour and a sign-on bonus of $500.00 for full-time employees. Shifts include weekdays with rotating weekends, and part-time positions are also available.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine assistance to residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) in accordance with each resident's personalized service plan and behavior plan.
• Ensure the needs of the residents are met with the highest degree of dignity, respect, and care, while fostering an environment of compassion and safety.
• Work closely with the care team to support the physical and emotional well-being of the residents.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work with and care for cognitively impaired residents.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, and regulations related to long-term care.

Nice to Have

• Experience as a caregiver providing direct care to multiple residents.
• Experience in an assisted living environment and with behavioral support.
