Resident Care Assistant - Assisted Living

About the Role

Fairway View Assisted Living seeks a Resident Care Assistant (RCA) to provide quality care for our residents. This position plays a vital role in the lives of our residents and enhances the well-being of those they care for.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Activities of daily living including dressing, grooming, and showers
• Assists with serving and cleanup of meals and snacks
• Engage residents in social interactions and activities
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean safe environment
• Medication management in accordance to residents plan of care
• Document all services provided and outcomes in accordance with established protocols

Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for a compassionate individual with strong communication skills.

Pay and Schedule

• Part Time: 24-48 hours per 2 week pay period (Days and evenings available)
• Day shift: 7am-12:30pm, Evening 3pm - 8pm
• Additional $1.50/hour evening shift differential
• Additional $3.00/hour night shift differential
• Additional $6.00/hour when picking up open shift
