Responsibilities
- Aid residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Bathe, dress, groom, toile, position, transfer, and assist with mobility and incontinence care
- Prepare and serve meals, clear tables, and assist with activities
- Respond to resident emergency calls
- Document and report any changes in residents' condition to the Resident Care Coordinator
- Communicate effectively with residents and family members
- Maintain required resident care documentation according to state regulations and company policies
- Transport residents when necessary
Requirements
- High School diploma/GED
- At least 18 years old
- Positive attitude and flexibility to perform various duties
- Team-oriented and able to work in a supportive environment
- Experience working with seniors is preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational and time management abilities
- Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
