Resident Care Aide (Part-Time)(6a-2p) - Cypress Square

Responsibilities

• Aid residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Bathe, dress, groom, toileting, positioning, transfer, and mobility assistance
• Prepare and assist residents with meals and activities
• Respond to resident emergency call systems
• Document and report changes in residents' conditions
• Communicate with residents and family members professionally
• Maintain required resident care documentation
• Transport residents when necessary

Requirements

• High School diploma/GED
• At least 18 years old
• Positive attitude and flexibility to perform various duties
• Team player and dedication to serving seniors
• Excellent customer service skills
• Previous experience with seniors preferred
• Ability to make choices and decisions for the resident's best interest
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
