Resident Care Aide (Part Time, 3pm-11pm)

Responsible for

• Assisting residents with bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Maintaining residents' dignity and promoting independence
• Ensuring compliance and understanding of residents' rights
• Maintaining and documenting care records
• Reporting changes in resident's condition promptly
• Promoting participation in community activities

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification
• One year working in a care-giving capacity
• Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly
