Resident Care Aide
Schedule: Full Time 11:00pm - 7:00am (Rotating Weekends)
Salary: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour based on experience
Shift Differential available for evening, night & weekend shifts

Responsibilities
- Assisting residents to complete tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing while maintaining the residents’ dignity and promoting their independence
- Maintain and document proper records of care
- Immediately report changes in resident’s condition to the supervisor: evidence of illness, changes in behavior, personal care needs not being met, medication issues, residents’ whereabouts unknown, etc.
- Promote and encourage residents to participate in community activities
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- Certified Nursing Assistant-CNA, Home Health Aide-HHA, or Personal Care Aide-PCA certification preferred or as required by law
- One year working in a care giving capacity, preferred
- Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly, required
