Resident Care Aide/Medication Aide (Full Time, 7am-3pm)
Responsible for
- Assisting residents with bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Maintaining residents' dignity and promoting independence
- Ensuring compliance and understanding of residents' rights
- Maintaining and documenting proper care records
- Reporting changes in resident's condition promptly
- Promoting and encouraging participation in community activities
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification
- One year working in a care-giving capacity
- Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly
