Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of new features in our software products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and design to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Conduct user research and analyze data to inform product decisions and improve user experiences.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for product enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in software development or product management.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Experience with agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or C++.

Skills

• Strong understanding of software development best practices.
• Experience with user interface design and usability testing.
• Knowledge of database systems and SQL.
