About the role

The Resident Benefit Coordinator is responsible for managing various benefit programs for residents. This includes processing claims, communicating with residents, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Process and adjudicate resident benefit claims
  • Communicate with residents regarding their benefits
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Update and maintain benefit program documentation
  • Respond to inquiries from residents and staff

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Qualifications

    • Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to resident benefits
    • Experience working with databases and spreadsheets
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

    Skills

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
