About the role
Resident Assistants (RAs) assist residents with nutritional, recreational, and social activities. They ensure the general cleanliness of residents' rooms and equipment, and may perform administrative tasks such as answering phones, greeting visitors, escorting residents to in-house appointments, and documenting resident care.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a healthcare geriatric setting is a plus.
- Must attend and successfully complete C.N.A classes within 3 months of hire (provided by the facility).
