Resident Assistant (RCA)

Job Summary

Rydal Park, a premier Life Plan Community located in Jenkintown, is hiring a Resident Assistant to join our Personal Care team. Our Resident Assistants (RCAs) actively incorporate our “Philosophy for person-directed Care.”

Responsibilities

• Develop an awareness of residents’ interests and needs
• Aid residents in maximizing their independence and participation by providing exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs to activities of daily living, to recreational activities
• Create a safe environment in which to provide resident care

Requirements

• A desire to have a positive impact in the lives of older adults
• Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred
• New grads are welcome
