Resident Assistant - RA - CNA - Weekend Warrior

Responsibilities

• Help residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and safe mobility.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and report promptly to nursing staff.
• Spend quality time with residents, providing companionship beyond task completion.
• Document completed care and shift notes for the next team.
• Maintain resident rooms and common areas in a clean and safe condition.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Active Florida CNA license (preferred) and CPR certification.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Strong interpersonal, observational, and communication skills.
• A caring, dependable, and team‑oriented mindset.

Pay & Benefits

• Base pay: $15.00–$16.50 per hour.
• Weekend differential: $4.00 per hour for qualifying weekend hours, resulting in an effective rate of $19.00–$20.50 per hour.
