We need to ensure we didn't include any filler like "commensurate with experience". We used "based on experience" which is present. That's okay. We must not include sections with no content. We omitted Skills. Check duplication: We included About the role and Responsibilities distinct. Good. Check that we preserved all substantive information: location, mission, advancement pathway, job summary, requirements, qualifications, benefits, pay, schedule. Also we included the note about benefits may vary based on employment status? That's a minor note; we could include it as a sentence in Benefits. The posting says "Benefits may vary based on employment status.*". We could add a small note. It's substantive? It's a qualifier. We could include as aafter benefits list. But it's minor; we can include. Add after Benefits list:
*Benefits may vary based on employment status.
Also we have "Current Scheduling Needs Part-time and Full-Time PM Shift - 2pm - 10pmNOC Shift - 10:00pm - 6:00am". We captured. Also we have "Community-based residential facilities (CBRF) training preferred, but can be provided!" That's in requirements? Actually it's in JOB SUMMARY line: "Community-based residential facilities (CBRF) training preferred, but can be provided!" We missed that. Should be included either in Requirements or Responsibilities. It's a requirement/training. Let's add to Requirements list: "Community-based residential facilities (CBRF) training preferred, but can be provided". We'll add as a list item. Also we have "Providing a Clear Pathway For Advancement Bring your passion to enrich the lives of Seniors as a Resident Assistant and we will provide a clear pathway for advancement within our community, starting with helping you become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)!" We used that. We also have "Compensation $16.19 - $18.77 per hour (based on experience) Enjoy an additional $2/hour on PMs and NOCs Look forward to a wage increase when you become a CNA". We captured. We also have "Current Scheduling Needs Part-time and Full-Time PM Shift - 2pm - 10pmNOC Shift - 10:00pm - 6:00am". Good. We also have "JOB SUMMARY: A resident assistant (RA) in senior living provides support and assistance to residents with their daily living activities and promotes a safe and engaging environment. We also have "Qualifications Commitment to quality outcomes and services for all individuals.Ability to relate well to all individuals.Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information.Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions.Ability to adapt to change." captured. We also have "About Us Illuminus is a faith-based, not-for-profit senior living management company dedicated to serving older adults and families throughout the Midwest with skill and compassion. We own or manage over a dozen communities in Wisconsin and beyond, offering independent senior housing, assisted living and memory care, skilled nursing and rehabilitation, low-income senior housing, home health and hospice services via Commonheart, and management support and consulting. The people of Illuminus are not just our colleagues, our employees, our residents—they are our parents, our grandparents, our partners, ourselves. We serve others with gratitude, dignity, hope and purpose. We believe that the right care can and will transform us all". This is substantive but we haven't included a section for About Us. Could be part of About the role or maybe we could add a section "About the company". But the allowed headings are limited to those list; we could put it under About the role? But About the role is supposed to be about the role, not company. However we could add a separate section "About the company" but not in allowed headings. The instruction: "use
