As an Assisted Living Resident Assistant at Villas at Lincoln, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care, support, and companionship to our residents, while promoting a positive and respectful environment. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional, person-centered care, and we are looking for a like-minded individual who shares our commitment to excellence. This position is for our new facility opening on September 1, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while promoting independence and dignity.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, engaging in conversations, playing games, and participating in activities to enhance their overall well-being.
• Assist with mealtime, including serving, feeding, and cleaning up after meals.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, including reporting any hazards or concerns to management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure a collaborative care approach.
• Participate in care conferences and meetings to discuss residents' needs and create individualized care plans.
